By Emma Cueto (September 6, 2022, 3:44 p.m. EDT) – A Pennsylvania state court judge rules that a former Elliott Greenleaf PC attorney is not entitled to an 11.3 reduction million in referral costs in a catastrophic personal injury case that he alerted Elliott Greenleaf before leaving for another firm, ruling that the lawyer had been unable to establish any claim on fees.
Judge Richard P. Haaz of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas said in a ruling Friday that Richard DeMarco, who was previously an employee shareholder of Elliott Greenleaf, was not a party to the dismissal agreement between Elliott Greenleaf and bodily injury…
