Elliott Greenleaf beats former attorney’s bid for $11 million referral fee

By Emma Cueto (September 6, 2022, 3:44 p.m. EDT) – A Pennsylvania state court judge rules that a former Elliott Greenleaf PC attorney is not entitled to an 11.3 reduction million in referral costs in a catastrophic personal injury case that he alerted Elliott Greenleaf before leaving for another firm, ruling that the lawyer had been unable to establish any claim on fees.
