New Delhi: The Employee Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) deposited interest at the rate of 8.50% on accounts with more than 23.34 crore of subscribers for the fiscal year 2020-21. EPFO tweeted about it. You can see PFO tweeted and wrote: “So far in fiscal year 2020-21 money has been transferred at the rate of 8.50% to people’s accounts of 23.44 crore. ” You can now check your PF account balance by following a few simple steps.
How to check: You can check your PF balance on EPFO website and Indian government UMANG app. You will need a UAN number to log in here. If you wish, you can check your balance by text message. If your UAN number is registered with EPFO, you can get your PF balance details by message. Yes, for this you have to type EPFOHO and send it to 7738299899. At the same time after that you will receive the details of PF via a message. If you want, you can check the balance through Missed Call. But it is necessary that your UAN, PAN and Aadhaar be linked.
If the interest doesn’t come, then complain here- visit the website https://epfigms.gov.in/. Click Register Grievance Here. After that, choose your status among PF Member, EPF Retiree, Employer, Others. Now select the PF member for the PF account related complaint. Once all these processes are complete, enter the UAN number and security code and click on Get Details.
From now on, personal information will be revealed from the account linked to UAN. After that click on Get OTP. OTP will now come to your registered cell phone number. As soon as you get the OTP, you submit it. After that, fill in your personal data and click on the PF number to which the complaint should be filed. Now a pop-up window will appear, here you need to choose one of the options PF Officer, Employer, Employee Deposits Insurance Plan or Ex-Pension. Download the details and required documents and click submit. Now your complaint will finally be registered and the complaint registration number will appear on the registered cell phone number and email.
